- Laura Brocklehurst Review added: 2018.07.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆APM quoted for work that they don’t have the skills to carry out properly. The clean was a disappointment and the service was really poor too. On their website they promote a commitment where there is no charge should the customer be unsatisfied with the quality or service. Unfortunately I paid ahead and they’re refusing to give me a refund. I wish I’d gone elsewhere
